This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jason's Deli Corporate. This means the independent franchisee, and not Jason's Deli Corporate will be your employer if you are hired. The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant including, among other things, setting any requirements for this job and all decisions concerning hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Our Restaurant Customer Service Team Members are able to prioritize work tasks while anticipating customers' needs, coordinate with co-workers to ensure an out-of-this-world dining experience, maintain an organized system to keep track of multiple take out and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to maintain cleanliness throughout the deli and dining room while following sanitation guidelines.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• The ability to stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, and climb up on ladders in a timely fashion.
• The ability to perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time
• The ability to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
• The ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• The ability to understand and to follow directions.
