Associate Marketing Manager, VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (Knee)

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Marketing Manager to support U.S. commercialization of the VELYS robotic-assisted knee solution. This early-career role involves campaign execution, content development, market analytics, and cross-functional coordination within the orthopedics division.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and events
• Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials with regulatory compliance oversight
• Support go-to-market planning for new product releases and field readiness preparation
• Track key performance indicators and deliver market research with actionable insights
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between marketing, sales, supply chain, and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
• 4+ years professional experience in marketing, product management, or commercial functions
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet simultaneous deadlines
• Up to 20% domestic travel including occasional overnights
• Medical device or healthcare industry internship experience preferred
