Senior Marketing Manager, Knee Reconstruction

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for Knee Reconstruction to lead U.S. downstream commercialization strategy for the DePuy Synthes ATTUNE knee implant platform. This leader will develop commercial strategy, clinical messaging, and go-to-market plans while managing a team and partnering across sales, medical affairs, and R&D.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute U.S. downstream commercialization strategy for ATTUNE Knee System including positioning and market share growth
- Lead clinical messaging development grounded in biomechanical evidence and surgical outcomes data
- Define target surgeon segments and build tailored engagement strategies across adoption continuum
- Plan go-to-market initiatives for new implant configurations, instruments, and technique evolutions
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, and regional teams to shape portfolio strategy and surgeon feedback integration
Requirements
- Deep understanding of orthopedic knee reconstruction market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in medical device or healthcare commercial roles
- Strategic marketing expertise with demonstrated ability to translate clinical data into surgeon-focused messaging
- Strong analytical and financial acumen for budget management and ROI optimization
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategy execution in regulated healthcare environment
