Senior Manager, Joints Strategic Insights

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Insights for its Orthopaedics Joint Reconstruction business. This role develops and executes data and analytics strategies to drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and growth across multiple U.S. locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of data and analytics strategies for Joint Reconstruction business performance and growth
- Establish standardized data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for consistent performance management
- Drive development of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Oversee data governance practices ensuring data quality, definitions, and stewardship across systems
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive communications for strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 6–8 years progressive experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, or finance roles
- Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance reporting skills
- Cross-functional partnership experience supporting business strategy and operations
- High standards for data integrity, controls, confidentiality, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency with financial systems and analytics tools (preferred)
- Experience in global, matrixed, or highly regulated environments (preferred)
