This role utilizes subject matter knowledge to be a resource for team members on employee culture, researching trends, best practices and processes that contribute to supporting the business objectives of attracting and retaining the best talent, supporting a collaborative, innovative work environment, and supporting employees who create cutting edge products and services for Allstate. WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE This position is full-time, on-site and requires a consistent in-office presence during standard business hours. The selected candidate must be based out of our Chicago IL Merchandise Mart office. (Preferred)* 3 or more years of experience. (Preferred)* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS*** No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.**FUNCTIONAL SKILLS*** Possesses a natural inclination to explore and use creativity and curiosity to problem solve.* Knowledge of best practices and relevant strategies in employee engagement.* Intermediate written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels; including strong presentation skills.* Change agent with flexible work style.* Advanced experience with change management, conflict management, and coaching/training.* Experience driving problem resolution to cultural and logistical problems.* Experience executing to the plan in a rapidly changing environment.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Brings an energetic and infectious personality.* Proven experience with event planning and executing events.**Skills**Customer Connection, Employee Culture, Employee Engagement, Program Management, Verbal Communications**Compensation**Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
