Position Overview Entry Level Assistant Estimator – Full‑time (In‑Office or Remote). Salary range: $45,000–$55,000. First week in‑office for training, then remote or office based as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sectors. Administrative support in company CRM. Learn and perform take‑offs to assist estimators. Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners. Help prepare a cost breakdown for materials. Organize bid documents. Participate in the project handoff and project budget process. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline is a plus. 1–2 years of prior experience in construction, budgeting, or recent college graduate looking to enter estimating field with passion for commercial construction. Familiarity with computer takeoff software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Stack, etc.). Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
