Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLEThis position is part of our Engineered Components/Aptiv Connection Systems segment out of Troy, MI.Business Pursuit finance analyst who is team oriented for working with cross sectional staffs of management, including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, program management, and finance.Responsibilities:Finance team lead on business pursuit/quotation projects for developing the project business casesFinance team lead for preparing business case appropriation requests for securing funding approvalProvide project finance updates for program gate reviews from appropriation request to launch this includes preparing the current program financials and the project program financial trackerProduct profitability analysisSpecial studies as requiredMust Haves (Basic Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Business5+ years of experience: Business Case Development, FP&A.Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationStrong results-orientation and execution characteristicsStrong leadership skills, flexible, and a continuous improvement mindsetExcellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a teamAbility to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independentlyResourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environmentCandidates applying for the Troy MI location, must reside in the Greater Detroit area in Michigan, USA with the ability to be present on site.Candidates applying for the MTC location, must have the ability to be present on site at the MTC in Juarez, Mexico.Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):Master's degreeBachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Finance or Accounting2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive settingSAP backgroundAbout Signal & Power Solutions Engineered Components/Aptiv Connection Systems leverages our heritage as a global architecture provider and systems integrator to deliver the high speed data and electrical power distribution systems required for feature rich, highly automated vehicles.WHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
