Certification for the typing test results may be in the form of an actual certificate, letter or test results. Typing certificates must clearly state the following: individual's (applicant's) name, net speed must be a minimum 45 NWPM, name, address, telephone number of issuing agency, authorized signature of representative of issuing agency, and the date of typing test. The certificate must not be older than 12 months. Certificates that do not include all the above information will be disqualified from the selection process. Online certificates and certificates from tests taken at home will not be accepted.
