Job Title: Project Manager I - CDx Pharma Services

Duration: 12 Months on W2

• The ideal candidate is for a motivated self-learner and go-getter who takes the initiative to learn and drive projects to completion
• A highly autonomous self-starter who exercises independent judgment proactively resolves challenges and excels with minimal supervision.
• Experience with clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone achievement
• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred

• Manages multiple small improvement projects process improvement projects and other business-related initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Manages execution of cross-functional plans and tracks progress of activities.
• Facilitates cross-functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.
• Tracks maintains and communicates project reports to stakeholders.
• Responsible for data integrity of resource trackers and capacity charts and ensuring their projects are in alignment with project management best practices.
• Manages the CAPEX budget.
• Updates and maintains dashboards.
• Oversees and guides day-to-day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
• Implements/pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
• Responsible for the management of assays transferring to Penzberg.
