What You'll Do
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll focus on growing the agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them choose insurance solutions that protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective customers through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop your own pipeline.
• Conduct personalized insurance consultations to understand each customer's needs.
• Prepare customized insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Property and Casualty license preferred (can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate)
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and generating new business.
