In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, preparing tax returns, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. As part of our tax team you will learn how to answer questions about taxes, how to prepare taxes and how to walk clients through various stages of the tax interview process. Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
