The culture values transparency, open dialogue and an environment where every voice is heard and contributions are recognized.Through collaboration, accountability and a focus on results, Algoworks operates at the intersection of technology and people, building advanced systems and strong global teams that elevate performance and create lasting impact.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, requirements, and priorities.Lead requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery discussions.Analyze existing Salesforce processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.Collaborate with Salesforce architects and technical leads to ensure requirements are translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.Provide functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Work with Salesforce administrators, developers, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and project/program managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.Support solution validation, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.Participate in Salesforce roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.Act as a Salesforce functional subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance to business and delivery teams.Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project requirements.Required Skills & ExperienceSalesforce Experience8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with substantial experience in Salesforce Business Analysis.Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, standard functionality, configuration, automation, workflows, security, and data models.Good understanding of Salesforce administration capabilities and the ability to distinguish standard platform functionality from customization requirements.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.Additional Salesforce Experience — AdvantageExperience with the following Salesforce products and capabilities will be considered an advantage:Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Revenue CloudMarketing CloudSalesforce Data CloudSalesforce Flow and process automationSalesforce integrations and APIsSalesforce security and sharing modelSalesforce reporting and dashboardsCertificationsSalesforce certifications are preferred.
