Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, which allows for flexibility in managing work hours while enabling you to engage meaningfully with clients and their families. Though you will be working from a home office, you will be part of a cohesive team that utilizes technology to communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and establish appropriate Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to implement IFSPs that are aligned with evidence-based practices for child development.
\n
• Engage in ongoing monitoring of child outcomes and family satisfaction to ensure services are effective and appropriately tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Provide direct support to families through education on child development, parenting strategies, and resource coordination.
\n
• Utilize coaching methodologies and natural environment teaching to facilitate learning in everyday settings.
\n
• Promote a supportive and inclusive environment by building strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays. You will be at the forefront of providing Early Intervention (EI) services, helping children learn critical skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during their formative years. Your compassion and expertise will empower families, equipping them to support their child's growth and development effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the California Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in working with children in early intervention settings.

• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and familiarity with developmental milestones.

• Bilingual proficiency is highly encouraged, enhancing communication with diverse families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
