This position is conducted fully remotely, allowing for flexibility and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of your home office. You will engage with students and families primarily through virtual counseling sessions, utilizing teletherapy tools and electronic health record systems to facilitate effective communication and treatment documentation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students to determine their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring strategies are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, such as individual and group therapy, to address issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.

• Work collaboratively with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to create supportive learning environments that address mental health needs.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources and services, effectively bridging the gap between school and external support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with school-aged children and adolescents, often addressing issues prevalent in today’s educational settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
