Skilled Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and their families on disease management and health maintenance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or related field. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
