Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an affordable housing community under the Community Manager. You will drive rent collection, delinquency control, and cash flow optimization while managing staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk in a compliant manner. The role requires on-site leadership with at least 1 year of affordable housing experience; a HS diploma or equivalent is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
