Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a multi-housing community including HUD, LIHTC, and Market Rate units. This role requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in community management with deep knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC, EIV, MOR audits, REAC inspections, and strong budgeting and #J-18808-Ljbffr Celtic Property Management
