As a COTA with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence in their daily lives. About the Role: As a COTA, you will assist occupational therapists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, focusing on strengths, functional abilities, and limitations of our residents. You will provide occupational therapy interventions in a variety of settings, including our rehabilitation gym, resident's rooms, and other areas of the facility. Your expertise will help residents develop, maintain, or regain skills essential for daily living, such as self-care, mobility, and cognitive function.
