Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date

• Full licensing support and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

• Conduct needs-based sales conversations to identify customer risks and coverage needs

• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business

• Develop relationships that drive referrals, retention, and long-term growth

• Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records

• Meet and exceed monthly production goals

• Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
