Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date

Full licensing support and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

Conduct needs-based sales conversations to identify customer risks and coverage needs

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business

Develop relationships that drive referrals, retention, and long-term growth

Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records

Meet and exceed monthly production goals

Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
