Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, facilitating smooth sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

1. Customer Service & General Support

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate product information and explain service offerings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, CRM notes, and account information.
• Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Build positive customer relationships by providing timely and professional service.

1. Order Processing & Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the sales team with quotes, order status updates, and customer handoffs.
• Process sample requests.
• Forward qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Track shipments and requested ship dates.
• Prepare customer documentation, including quotes and invoices as needed.
• Maintain accurate order records and customer information.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable, professional, and dependable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
