In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal Account Managers, ensuring accurate order delivery, quick problem resolution, and 5-star service. This is not a remote position; it is located at our North Denver, Colorado, corporate office. Salary Range: $19.50 - $21.00 Per Hour What You’ll Do: Order Management: Process purchase orders, verify pricing/terms, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure prompt delivery. Account Support: Assist low-volume Account Managers using our internal sales and order management systems. Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls and emails regarding order status, shipping, and product inquiries. Issue Resolution: Professionally resolve customer complaints via phone or email with empathy and speed. Team Collaboration: Meet department efficiency metrics and maintain positive cross-departmental relationships. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 6+ months of office, administrative, or call center experience (1-2 years preferred). Location: Must reside in the Greater Denver / Commerce City area and be able to work 100% on-site. Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP/OMS software ( Shopify, BlueCherry, or Avaya ) is a huge plus! Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a positive, team-first attitude.
