About the Role

The Company is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management, Vice President to lead the execution of Audit’s assurance coverage over Non-Financial risks. This role is pivotal in providing independent risk oversight, particularly in the areas of technology, cyber security, data management, transaction processing, product, resiliency, non-technology change management, third-party, fraud, reporting, human capital, legal, and strategic risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a risk-based global non-financial risk audit plan, ensuring effective coverage, and managing the communication of audit deliverables to senior and executive management. Additionally, the role involves maintaining partnerships with key senior leaders, influencing process and control improvements, and staying abreast of the evolving regulatory environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in non-financial risk management, with a focus on technology, cyber security, and related areas. A strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex global audit programs, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strong relationships in both the first and second lines of defense. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, who can effectively manage and develop a diverse team. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree or relevant certification preferred. The candidate should have at least 12-15 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related functions within financial services, and a deep expertise in executing or auditing non-financial risk programs.
