Senior NetSuite Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior NetSuite Engineer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SuiteScript, integrations, and ERP customization, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. WhatYou’llbe Doing Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations within NetSuite usingSuiteScript1.0 and 2.x Build andmaintainintegrations between NetSuite and third-party systems usingSuiteTalk, REST, and SOAP APIs Develop and customize saved searches, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business visibility and efficiency Create andmaintaincustom records, fields, forms, roles, and permissions within the NetSuite environment DevelopRESTlets,Suitelets, Map/Reduce scripts, and scheduled scripts to support automation and business process improvements Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver enhancements aligned with business needs Support ERP optimization efforts across modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and related functional areas Assistwith data migration, CSV imports, validation, and ongoing system maintenance Troubleshoot system issues, debug scripts and integrations, and implement sustainable resolutions Maintain clear documentation for customizations, integrations, configurations, and development standards Ensure system security, compliance, and development best practices are consistently followed What We Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience 3+ years of NetSuite development experience in a business or consulting environment StrongproficiencyinSuiteScript2.x Experience withSuiteCloudDevelopment Framework (SDF) Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, Order Management, and Inventory Solid knowledge of JavaScript and related web technologies Experience with data migration, CSV imports, and system configuration support Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects Preferred Qualifications NetSuite certifications such asSuiteFoundation, Administrator, orSuiteCloudDeveloper Experience with middleware platforms such asCeligo, Boomi, or MuleSoft Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL Experience developing Advanced PDF/HTML templates Experience working in Agile or fast‑paced cross‑functional environments Benefits 401(k) with company match Health care (medical, dental, vision) Employee Assistance Program PTO (vacation, personal days, and 9 company holidays) Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Employee product discounts Free hats Company Overview Since 1916, Imperial has epitomized luxury, authenticity, and individuality by crafting premium headwear, apparel, and accessories with an unwavering dedication to quality and detail.
