Amwins Access invites you to join a 2.5-year Underwriter Development Program that blends sales with technical underwriting. You will build and manage a profitable book of business, sourcing opportunities and underwriting with hands-on mentorship. The program progresses from underwriting and sales training to independent book-building, with ongoing coaching and industry exposure.
