Automotive Service Advisor

Service Advisor Beckley Chevrolet - Mount Hope, WV Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Mount Hope, West Virginia. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly
- Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate estimates and timelines
- Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure quality service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
