Project Manager

Executive Search Placement is currently partnering with a prominent heavy civil general contractor with a national presence to find a Design Build Project Manager for their Minnesota office. The DB PM will lead planning, budgeting, and execution on large-scale, complex highway and bridge infrastructure projects — from constructability review through project closeout — while coordinating owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors on some of the region's most significant civil builds. Compensation is competitive based upon experience - $160 - $175K Benefits & Generous 401K Responsibilities Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource identification Manage project budgets while minimizing risk and exposure Keep procurement, proposals, and construction activities on schedule Perform constructability reviews and coordinate project work plans Communicate progress through regular status meetings with clients and consultants Inspect construction sites and enforce quality and safety standards Coordinate across owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors Requirements 10+ years of relevant project management experience 5+ years of Design Build project experience Heavy civil construction experience preferred Strong time management and decision-making skills under pressure Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
