Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, action‑oriented Operations Project Coordinator to support our Shared Services Team and execute critical agency initiatives. This role is ideal for a natural “doer” who thrives behind the scenes, brings order to chaos, and keeps projects—and people—moving forward. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and dependable support for senior leadership.
