This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct maintenance technicians during daily operationsPlan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipmentEnsure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are followedMaintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment recordsCoordinate with production and safety teams to support operational goalsTrain and mentor maintenance staff to improve skill levels and performanceMonitor inventory of tools, parts, and suppliesEnsure compliance with all safety policies and proceduresRequired Experience & QualificationsExperience supervising a maintenance teamStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagramsProven ability to lead, coach, and develop team membersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesExperience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment preferredMust have PPE and adhere to all safety requirementsSchedule & CompensationFull-time scheduleCompetitive pay based on experienceBenefits available
