Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Additional training in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required. RF Scanner experience preferred. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory software is a plus. Basic computer and data entry skills required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and problem-solve effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to sort, count, scan, and handle inventory items accurately. Ability to use scales and inventory equipment for small parts counting and verification. Job Duties Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Sort, count, scan, weigh, and verify products using RF scanners and inventory systems. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged product issues. Track inventory movements, adjustments, and warehouse locations. Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for within the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory documentation and update inventory records. Communicate inventory concerns to warehouse leadership and team members. Assist with physical inventories and support daily warehouse operations.
