Front Office Administrator - Receptionist (PART-TIME)

Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a part‑time Front Office Administrator – Receptionist to join our prestigious team. This role serves as the welcoming face of our luxury experience and requires a polished, fast‑paced approach. What’s in it for you Pay: $22 per hour Schedule: Part‑time weekdays and weekends, including some holidays. Flexibility is key. Availability: Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesday evenings. Shifts: AM: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; PM: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Responsibilities Coordinate communication and operations from the front desk, including greeting members, managing reservations, designing menus and signage, supporting executive staff, ensuring smooth departmental functions, handling guest access, troubleshooting tech issues, and assisting with events. Qualifications Experience in hospitality, administrative support, or guest services Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Ability to efficiently multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Comfortable with reservation management systems and office equipment Professional appearance, discretion, and a passion for member service Experience in private clubs or luxury hospitality preferred. Knowledge of Canva, Publisher, OpenTable, MembersFirst, Google Sheets, QuickPass, RingCentral, Jonas, Adobe also preferred.
