New Directions in New York is seeking a Community-Based Treatment Youth Mentor to provide individualized mentoring to children and youth in homes, schools, and communities. The role involves coaching, modeling, and meaningful activities to help youths build social and life skills and strengthen connections to their communities. You will work as part of a team to support families in achieving goals, promote independence, and coordinate with schools and local services, while upholding agency #J-18808-Ljbffr New Directions
