Job Details

4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience required
High-volume invoice processing experience
Three-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving documents)
Vendor account reconciliations
Check runs and electronic payment processing (ACH/Wire preferred)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Experience researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
