What You'll Do As a server, you are a key player in crafting a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You'll act as both ambassador and experience guide, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and inspired to return. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every guest
• Executing flawless table service, from the greet to the farewell
• Supporting team members through proactive, hands-on assistance
• Mastering menu knowledge - including wine, spirits, and culinary details
• Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and ABC regulations
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism

Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs

A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
