This is a FLOAT Medical Assistant position supporting 15+ QualDerm clinic locations across Illinois and Indiana. This role requires consistent travel between clinics and is not tied to a single office location. Candidates must be comfortable working in different clinics on a regular basis and adapting quickly to new teams and environments.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a high-performing clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly flexible, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment where travel is a core part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and documenting medical history
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EHR system
• Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed across locations
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
