What We're Looking For 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience Strong communication and closing skills Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented mindset Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; Yardi a plus) Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification What You'll Do Here Guide tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities. Follow up on leads and convert traffic into leases. Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects. Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-ins. Maintain strong market knowledge and stay ahead of competitors. Support resident retention and renewal efforts.
