Responsibilities Serve as the face of our community, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and drive occupancy through strong relationship-building and closing skills. Connect with prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, manage leasing activities, and help create a welcoming community atmosphere. Guide tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities. Follow up on leads and convert traffic into leases. Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects. Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-ins. Maintain strong market knowledge and stay ahead of competitors. Support resident retention and renewal efforts. Qualifications 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience. Strong communication and closing skills. Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented mindset. Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; Yardi a plus). Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification. Benefits Good weekly pay.
