Wound Care LPN

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Wound Care LPN to deliver high-quality, compassionate wound management within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll provide specialized wound assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring for diverse patient populations, following evidence-based protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families on wound prevention and self-care, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
