Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support systems.

• Timely and accurately document all interactions and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based tools, including standardized screening assessments, to monitor and evaluate client progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other team members to create effective positive behavior support plans that address clients' unique challenges and goals.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• Serve as a liaison with local and state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders, fostering relationships to enhance resource availability and support for clients.

• Maintain open communication with clients and team members, ensuring that contract standards are met while promoting the agency's mission within the community.
