Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments for new clients, evaluating mental health status and establishing treatment goals using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, regularly revising them based on client progress and feedback.

• Document progress and maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular consultation with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to evaluate safety needs and guide immediate support.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure adherence to the latest best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
