Senior Structural Engineer

We are partnering with a leading multidisciplinary engineering and design firm seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design for a variety of commercial, healthcare, education, civic, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and construction administration.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of structural building design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and structural analysis software such as RAM, RISA 3D, or Enercalc.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
