Business Development Specialist-Work from Home

Role & responsibilities Connect with potential clients and understand their career goals, professional backgrounds, and aspirations. Recommend suitable career services based on clients individual requirements. Schedule demo meetings with Senior Consultants and ensure smooth coordination. Follow up consistently with prospects after demo meetings to address queries and drive conversions. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and convincing skills. Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales updates in the CRM. Work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, counseling, or a target-driven revenue-generating role. Proven experience working with sales targets and generating revenue. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities.
