Position Summary What you'll do: Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area, resolves member issues, promotes Sam's Club products and services, supplies guidance on self‑service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, follows safety standards, handles merchandise procedures, corrects unsafe situations, maintains entrance and exit areas, acknowledges members, verifies membership cards, assists purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, aids in transporting items, maintains safe shopping environment, reviews member receipts, assists securing assets, maintains logs, executes emergency response, ensures compliance with security and safety, trains new associates, teaches technology, rolls out new programs, provides continuous learning, identifies shrink and damages, complies with policies, completes assignments, respects individuals, builds team, acts with integrity, serves customers and members, strives for excellence. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications. Preferred Qualifications — Location Primary Location: 3735 UNION RD, CHEEKTOWAGA, NY 14225-4200, United States of America Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
