Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, patient-centered care to individuals with complex and acute medical conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, in accordance with facility protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families on acute conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the ICU or ER is required.
