Ink & Coatings Color Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 02:00pm to 02:30am )

• Training Schedule: Day Shift (5:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Thursday with potential Friday OT)
• Accurately mix and match inks, resins, and coatings to meet customer color specifications
• Work within a team environment to ensure timely production and delivery of materials
• Supply prepared materials to screen printing and coating departments Follow detailed formulas and production instructions with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain consistent color quality standards and document batch results as required
• Ensure materials are prepared efficiently to support continuous production flow
• Occasional use of a respirator may be required during specific tasks or material handling
• Work in an environment where strong ink/chemical odors may be present at times; odors are not harmful but can be noticeable

Ink & Coatings Color Technician Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with an excellent “eye for color”
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic math and measurement skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based production setting
• Comfortable working in an environment with occasional respirator use
• Ability to tolerate intermittent exposure to strong ink/chemical odors (non-hazardous)
• Reliable, organized, and able to maintain production pace and accuracy

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
