Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Medical surgical experience - Acute care setting experience Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 33 Number of Staff: 27 members Type of Staff: Dependent on census Day Shift: 5 RNs, 1 clinical coordinator/charge (no patient group), 2-3 techs, 1 unit secretary Night Shift: 5 RNs (including charge nurse with patient group), 2-3 techs Patient Ratios: 5-6:1 Type of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, EMR Meditech (EBCD version) Typical Hiring Profile: Skill Set Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters Preferred or Nice to Have: Oncology experience Chemotherapy experience Best Personality Fit: Positive and energetic.
