Stable W-2 Member Services Role, No Remote, Full Benefits, Weekly Pay - UF Resources
Full-time W-2 employee. On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
If you're looking for a phone-based role that's stable, structured, and meaningful - not just another call center job - this is it. UF Resources is hiring a Member Services Coordinator to support members navigating estate planning, one of the most important decisions a family makes.
What you'll do:
· Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls, gathering feedback and requesting reviews
· Explain Assured Care benefits and help members access a network attorney for changes or estate settlement needs
· Handle incoming calls and participate in call campaigns
· Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
