Chief People Officer - Healthcare & LTC Growth Leader

Commonwealth Care of Roanoke is seeking an executive HR leader to report to the President and supervise two Regional HR Business Partners plus a home office coordinator. You will define HR strategy for the organization and mentor center-level HR Managers to operate at a high level across all twelve centers.
You'll own home office functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration (FMLA) and drive compliance with employment laws.
