Confidential Search – NDA Required This is a unique opportunity to lead the U.S. business for an established global instrumentation manufacturer serving the pressure, level and flow markets. You’ll work closely with key OEM customers, lead the team and play an important role in shaping the continued growth and direction of the business. What We’re Looking For: Deep experience within pressure, level, flow or closely related instrumentation Proven commercial and sales leadership experience within a technical manufacturing environment Strong experience working directly with OEM customers and strategic accounts Experience leading teams and taking on broader business responsibility beyond sales Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on Experience working with an international executive leadership team or board P&L responsibility and experience driving both growth and profitability is highly preferred Compensation: $150K–$170K base salary + bonus tied to business growth + profit sharing , creating greater earning potential as the business grows. The role is based in the Midwest, with relocation assistance available.
