Bumgardners Landscape Management is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor fluent in English and Spanish to lead crews serving commercial properties, HOAs, and other maintained landscapes throughout Southern Oregon.

This is an active field leadership role. You’ll visit properties, coach employees, solve problems, check quality, and help crews meet their schedules and labor budgets. Your ability to communicate in both languages will make a difference every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead with clear expectations and respect.
Communicate in English and Spanish during daily coordination, training, safety discussions, and performance coaching. Recognize good work and address problems while there is still time to correct them.

Keep properties looking right.
Visit job sites, inspect completed work, verify contract requirements, and make sure issues receive follow-through.

Keep crews organized and productive.
Coordinate with management and the office on staffing, routes, schedules, and customer needs. Monitor labor hours, track productivity, and review timecards for accuracy.

Make safety part of the work.
Verify proper PPE, safe equipment operation, and organized trucks and tools. Identify equipment problems and coordinate maintenance.

Stay ahead of irrigation problems.
Monitor irrigation performance, oversee controller programming, and coordinate needed corrections.

Communicate professionally.
Listen to customer concerns, explain next steps, and keep the office informed. Identify landscape improvements that would benefit the property.

Document what matters.
Use BOSS, Microsoft Office, and related tools to record work, communicate issues, and track completion. We’ll teach our systems; you bring the willingness to use them.

You’ll also support recruiting, employee development, safety meetings, and seasonal operations, including winter services when needed.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience supervising landscape crews.
• Fluency in English and Spanish , including the ability to explain work instructions, safety expectations, and feedback clearly in both languages.
• Practical knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, irrigation, and equipment.
• The ability to organize multiple crews and priorities without losing track of the details.
• Confidence having direct, respectful conversations with employees and customers.
• Comfort using a smartphone, email, and computer-based scheduling and reporting tools.
• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License within six months of hire.
• NALP Landscape Management Certification is a plus.

This position involves outdoor work in changing weather, walking across uneven ground, frequent standing and bending, equipment use, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
