Potential Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality diagnostic pathology services based on the needs of the assigned practice
• Collaborate with general and subspecialty pathologists, clinicians, laboratory operations teams, and client services
• Participate in applicable quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities
• Support laboratory quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians and other healthcare partners
• Participate in practice-specific call coverage and scheduling models
• Contribute to a collegial, collaborative, and physician-led practice environment
• Assume medical leadership responsibilities when applicable to the available position

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise welcomed but not required for every opportunity
• Tennessee medical license or eligibility required
• Strong diagnostic, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Leadership experience welcomed for positions involving medical directorship responsibilities
